We can draft and advise on all types of employee documentation ensuring employers have the requisite up to date and practical documentation in place.  We act for both employees and employers and have experience of representing clients in all types of claims to  the Employment Tribunal including unfair dismissal claims, redundancies, compromise agreements, and claims based on equal pay, and racial sexual and disability discrimination at work.
